Rules / T.O.S

—: Please provide photo references and be specific about what you want me to draw. It will force me to charge more if the references given are in text form. Communication is key. (If your reference is unclear, changes will come at an extra charge.)
—: Art style is subject to change as I continue to improve day by day.
—: I may refuse the ordered commission if it makes me uncomfortable for any reason.
—: Each piece might take about a week to an entire month as I try to balance my personal life along with other things.
—: You cannot claim the artwork as your own, so as removing my signature/watermark from the artwork, and altering my work without my consent.
—: There will be a maximum of three (3) revisions of the sketch as I will notify you when I start the commission.
—: I might record the drawing process and post it to my YouTube channel.
—: If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time, I will let you know asap.
—: The finished piece/s will be sent in JPEG and PNG
—: Unlimited Slots ! (Until I close it)

Additional Info

—: I, as the artist, claim the rights of the produced drawing, not the buyer. Therefore, I may use the copyrighted work to promote myself with it anywhere and putting it to my future art portfolios.
—: You, as the buyer, have the rights to use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise. (You can upload it to all of your social media accounts, forums, etc.)
—: You may print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.
—: You can use the artwork to promote yourself. When you post it, you have the choice of giving or not giving me credit. You can use the artwork on your YouTube channel and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the major subject for the earnings.
—: I reserve the full rights to the image and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (rights to the image for your own non-personal use may be purchased).

Payment Methods/Info

—: Currency accepted is USD or Philippine Peso through PayPal (For international clients) and GCash - (for those in the same country as me). I do not accept NFTs as payments.
—: Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after finishing the piece
—: Please do not send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.
—: Kindly please discuss the payment in a private message.
—: When paying, it is needed to screenshot your payment! For proof. (And I will do the same when I receive it.) Both parties will be much more secured <3
—: If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you are restricted to ask for a refund, you will lose all before mentioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations, in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. I will blacklist you for commissioning me again. (Same way as the other payment method)
